If I could give a 10 star rating to Allan Ballard and his team, I would. I’m driving a truck and travel trailer to Arizona. My husband is injured and I have never towed before, and hardly ever driven the truck. On the first day, the wiring dropped below the hitch and frayed all the wires. As we were getting ready to leave today, I realized we had no lights. I limped to the nearest tv dealer, which was Ballard’s. The team was kind, warm and welcoming. They took the trailer in and outfitted it with a new harness and cable. I was back on the road two hours later. The honest care for others brought me to tears, I have to say. Extraordinary service and integrity! I will never forget this experience.

The owner Darryl is one of a kind! He’s a Great guy, and runs his business with integrity. He has helped me out with no hesitation on a few occasions after we had some issues that needed to be addressed with our camper we bought. Even after the 30 day warranty. He’s a stand up guy and I would highly recommended anyone looking to buy a camper to go here. For being a smaller camper business they def did everything they could that I’m sure the biggest ones wouldn’t even do after they get your money. His crew was good at what they fixed but the one that stood out was Greg! He’s master at what we does. Great attention to detail and great attitude is what stood out. So if you’re looking to buy or get your camper fixed or what ever the case is, then look no further.. Thanks Ballards camping center 👍🏻
